Job Description

Our client is a listed financial group in HK.  To cope with the business expansion, currently seeking an experienced Compensation & Benefits professional to join their management team. 



  • Degree holder 
  • 10 years of HR C&B experience in banking/finance/insurance industries
  • Solid experience in C&B policies, procedures and regulatory requirements 
  • Excellent planning and organizing skills with high-level attention to detail
  • Experience in SAP HR systems preferred
  • Fluent in Mandarin, English and Cantonese
