Job Description

Responsibilities:

  • Support talent acquisition, performance and talent management, compensation & benefits, payroll administration amongst other key HR duties as required
  • Work closely with line manager on recruitment plan, job scope and requirements, expectation and candidate selection to ensure successful and timely placements
  • Manage the entire employment cycle including screening, selection, interview, negotiation, contract preparation or extension, work visa application (when necessary), staff orientation, probation and performance management, on board process, internal staff movement and termination or exit process
  • Define and implement the most cost-effective sourcing channel for different vacancies through direct sourcing including personal networking, referral, social media and internet job boards etc.
  • Involve and compiling all data for annual salary and bonus review, incentive and commission payments for all employees
  • Handle payroll duties for all employees and liaise with finance department
  • Routine maintenance on employee database and ensure all personal records (e.g. position, salary, commission, incentive, probation & appraisal outcomes, leave records etc.) are up-to-date and accurate. P-file management is precise to ensure it is aligned with internal auditor requirements
  • Assist in the formulation and implementation of HR policies, procedures, tools and employee relations/engagement strategies
  • Manage C&B function for all office and store staff, including payroll processing, maintenance of payroll records, pay slip, MPF administration, tax filing, attendance and leave management and medical insurance administration, etc.
  • Prepare all kinds of certifications for employees including but not limited to employment certification, probation letter, income certification, and reference letter
  • Responsible for HR-related projects such as employee handbook, staff purchase policy etc.
  • Provide administrative support or other engagements/duties assigned
  • Fully responsible for daily office operations including but not limited to procurement and maintenance
  • Work Location: Cheung Sha Wan

Requirements:

  • Higher Diploma or above in Human Resources Management or related disciplines;
  • 5 years HR working experience;
  • Experience in F&B Field is highly desirable;
  • Good command in Cantonese and English;
  • Good computer literacy, including MS Excel, Word; Chinese Word Processing;
  • Good interpersonal and communication skills;
  • Independent and able to work in a fast-paced environment; and
  • Candidates with less experience will be considered as HR Officer
