Job Description

Our client is one of the largest advertising companies in the world with a strong global presence.

About the Role:
*Provide a full spectrum of HR functions
*Responsible for employees life cycle from recruitment, on and off boarding, training and performance management and the daily running of the HR office
*Liaison with Department Heads/ line managers to to resolve day-to-day employee issues, manage and coordinate the internal and external training
*Perform end to end recruitment activities, handle compensation & benefits related tasks
*Monitor and facilitate employee relation programmes
*Be the first contact point for employees and third parties on any enquiries
*Monitor and maintain updated HR records and systems

About the People:
*Bachelor Degree Holder in HRM or related discipline
*At least 5 years of experiences as HR generalist, preferable gained from sizeable companies and industries such as advertising agency or professional services firm
*Personality: Mature and independent, upbeat and energetic
*Proficient in English and Chinese (Cantonese and Mandarin)
*More experienced candidates will be considered as Assistant HR Manager
*Candidate with short notice/ immediate available is highly preferred
