Job Description

About the Company

Our client is a fast-growing food and beverage company arcoss APAC. They are seeking an experienced Senior HR officer to join their organization in Hong Kong to support their expansion plan.
About the role
  • Provide comprehensive HR support to whole company, including Payroll, Recruitment, Employee relations, C&B, agency management etc
  • Provide solutions to top management to support the company expansion plan
  • Work closely with management and employees to improve work relationships, build morale and increase productivity and retention
  • Handle HR projects and contribute to the review and update of HR policies and procedures on a regular basis
  • Monitor and report on workforce, performance review and succession planning
  • Provide improvement suggestions on company HR and payroll system
  • Responsible for ad-hoc projects assigned or implementation of HR initiatives
  • Degree holder in HR or related disciplines
  • Min 5 years of HR related experience, preferably within the F&B and startup company background
  • Excellent communication skills and languages (fluent in Cantonese and English)
