Job Description

JOB ROLE:

  • Project lead for the review of all HR operational processes, identifying areas of potential automation to create efficiencies and streamline our BAU processes
  • Review the employee journey at AMO, identifying areas of improvement and enhancement
  • Support development of people metrics dashboard, managing data and data visualization techniques for presentation to key stakeholders
  • Work closely with HR Business Partner to share updates on people / HR issues
  • Provide support to the HR Business Partner on various HR operational processes. Main activities include:
    • Preparation of package proposals for new candidates
    • Coordinate on/off boarding process, including budget proposal, contract preparation, new joiner induction, exit package, exit interview, etc.
    • Management of relocation and work visa application process when applicable
    • Oversee validation and verification of payroll reports
    • Advise line managers and staff on various HR issues and general enquiries
  • Provide light support as needed across all HR teams within AMO (Talent & C&B)
  • Coordinate with Talent Acquisition team on hiring process
  • Ensure HR policies and procedures are in alignment with operation needs and in compliance with local regulations
  • Support in implementing HR strategies and operating plans that align with business strategy
  • Provide market benchmark information on talent acquisition, staff retention strategies and HR best practices.
  • Drive employee engagement and retention initiatives
  • Other ad-hoc projects

JOB REQUIREMENT:

  • University graduate
  • Minimum 5 years HR experience in the capacity of relationship management or HR generalist
  • A change mindset, with the ability to think outside the box and recommend necessary changes to established processes
  • Experience with people metrics and data management a plus
  • Solid HR exposure gained from fast pace environment
  • International mobility experience a plus
  • Excellent organizational skills with the ability to multitask and prioritise are critical
  • Result oriented, with strong sense of Customer Focus
  • Strong communication, interpersonal and influencing skills
  • Team player, agile, self-motivated, and able to work independently
