Job Description

Our client is a well-known listed company in Hong Kong, providing service to over a million of useres in Asia.

About the Role
*Act as a trusted business partner for designated departments and provide consultative advices to line managers
*Responsible for end-to end recruitment, from understanding the resourcing needs and requirements, identify and offering the suitable candidates
*Liaise with internal and external parties to deliver recruitment services and handle staff cases
*Act as a key member and take part in succession planing and staff development programmes
*Handle separation cases and exit interview
*Handle ad-hoc projects as assigned

About the People
*Bachelor Degree holder in HRM or related disciplines (Straight Degree preferred)
*At least 5 years of relevant experience in HR field (Account servicing)/ Strong focus on back office recruitment, preferably experiences gained from sizeable/ listed companies
*Solid-doer, proactive and flexible at work
*Good command of English and Chinese
*Candidates with more experiences will be considered as Assistant HR Manager
