Job Description

Our client is one of the established leaders in luxury retail brand, developed its presence around the world. Well known for its success in people management and its dedication to its employees.

About the Role:
*Perform full spectrum of compensation & benefits duties including but not limited to managing external vendors on payroll checking, MPF administration, insurance renewal & administration, tax filing etc.
*Participate in annual salary review, salary surveys, salary bench-marking, annual bonus payment, annual budget and performance management etc.
*Work closely with HRBP to review and implement rewards and benefits initatives
*Assist in formulating and enhancing HR policies & procedures
*Perform analysis and prepare reports
*Assist in ad hoc projects

About the People:
*Bachelor Degree holder in HRM or related discipline
*At least 5 years of experiences gained from C&B field, preferably experiences gained from retail/FMCG or any other fast-paced industries
*Sensitive to numbers, strong analytical skills and good team player
*Candidates with knowledge in handling commission and incentives will be an added advantage
*Proficiency in MS Office
*Proficiency in English and Chinese (Cantonese and Mandarin)
*Candidates with more experiences will be considered as Assistant HR Manager
