Job Description

Our client is an European brand that specialised in apparels, it has also started its own cosmetics and health care products. The outstanding and unique styling of the brand has grounded it a rapid development in the Asian Market.

About the Role:
*Responsible for full spectrum of HR function including but not limited to talent acquisition, compensation and benefits, employee relations etc.
*Manage end-to-end talent acquisition process for office and retail staff from liaising with hiring managers, explore diversities of recruitment channels etc.
*Handle full spectrum of C&B functions including but not limited to calculation of monthly payroll, MPF, tax returns, tax filing, benefit administration etc.
* Assist in annual performance management, salary review and participate in salary survey
*Provide consultative advises and work closely with department heads to deal with staff issues
*Handle ad-hoc projects as assigned

About the People
*Bachelor Degree Holder in business administration or related disciplines
*Proactive and fast-paced and flexible, mature and independent
*At least 3 years of solid generalist experiences preferably experiences gained from retail/FMCG industry,candidate with experiences in handling commission/ incentives is highly preferred
*Proficient in English and Chinese (Cantonese and Mandarin)
*Candidates with LESS experiences will be considered as HR Officer
