Job Description

Main Purpose

The purpose of this position is to provide the Maternity Leave cover during July – October 2019 under the HR Operation team in the Richemont Group.

Key Responsibilities

  • Liaise with various contacts from HR, brands and support functions, perform end to end payroll processing for HK and Macau regular payroll, new hire and part-time staff payroll, assisting supervisors in checking and processing OT & commission, GL posting, and payroll reconciliation etc under SAP environment
  • Prepare monthly ORSO reporting and quarterly SSF and tax reporting for Macau
  • Prepare leaver papers including calculation and review of final payment calculation, and other exit formalities and arrange payroll payments
  • Support MPF/ORSO reporting and tax reporting for leavers for HK
  • Assist in preparing management reporting such as headcount reports and other ad hoc reports
  • Assist in consolidating documents for internal & external audit cycle


Qualification Requirements:

  • Degree holder in any discipline, preferably in Human Resources Management, Business Studies or equivalent
  • Minimum 5 years of experience with payroll service providers or multinational / sizable companies in managing payroll for 500+ employees
  • High proficiency in spoken and written English and Chinese
  • Solid knowledge in Hong Kong employment laws and industrial relations. Knowledge in Macau Labor Ordinance is a plus.
  • Detail-oriented with high degree of responsibility and flexibility
  • Strong system knowledge with experience in SAP is a plus
