Working in a supportive, dynamic, and trend driven global fashion retail environment, you will have a full exposure in the entire supply chain of Human Resources functions, covering budgeting, manpower planning, talent acquisition and recruitment, talent management, payroll management, compensation and benefit, learning & development, performance management through employee engagement for the Hong Kong and Macau retail corporate office and retail front line support.
Reporting to the Senior Human Resources Manager, you will be the major point of liaison in the Hong Kong/Macau. Maintaining close communications with the retail stores and the team in the corporate office, you will act as the Business Partner to translate business dynamic into effective human resources solutions, adjusting and ensuring the compliance with the local HR legislation, in order to enable all the functional teams to deliver organizational performance and productivity.
If you have 5 years of relevant experience, particularly in multi-national retail chain environment, have passion for value-added human resources activities, and have very strong English/Chinese
communication ability, then we would like to hear from you.
