Job Description

Reporting to the IT Service Delivery Manager, this Senior IT Specialist position will provide users and technical support within Greater China regional offices.


  • Act as first point of contact to resolve users and technical issues related to hardware and software
  • Escalate requests to vendors and provide follow up to users with timely responses
  • Conduct troubleshooting and maintain system stability
  • Manage vendors performance and ensure services being provided met with agreed standards
  • Generate IT documentation and oversee procurement of IT inventory
  • Participate in projects when necessary


  • Degree holder in Information Technology, Computer Science or relevant discipline
  • Minimum 3 years' experience providing users and desktop support
  • Technically proficient with Windows, Office 365 and Active Directory
  • Qualification of MCSE or MCITP is advantageous
  • Strong interpersonal skills and can work well with stakeholders from various departments and seniority
  • Fluent communication, both written and spoken, in English and Chinese
