Job Description

Our business partner is a leading global property investment and real estate services provider. Its IT team is a key enabler to keep business moving forward by looking at how new technology can enhance business’ practices.

We are looking for an experienced, self-motivated IT Project Manager to provide a key contact point between the domain business stakeholders and IT for technology service provision, new demand and enhancements. The Project Manager will be excellent at communicating, asking questions, understanding the business operations and creating new IT initiatives and projects to meet the needs of the business. 


Acting as a Portfolio Manager, you will be in charge of 10 to 15 projects at once.


  • Initiate contact with senior business stakeholders
  • Collect business requirements, analyze the business needs and define IT initiatives to meet these needs
  • Advise business stakeholders and management of technology risks, opportunities, and trends to build competitive advantage for the business
  • Conduct feasibility studies, define the project plan and scope, and advise management on project plan and business case
  • Select (when applicable) and manage all project stakeholders, including vendor, various user departments, IT teams of related systems
  • Coordinate project activities to ensure that project objectives are accomplished within prescribed time frames
  • Provide regular project status update report to management and project sponsor
  • Monitor and manage project schedule, control risks and manage issued
  • Advise management on the latest technology trends and best practices



  • Degree in Computer Science or Information Technology preferred
  • Minimum 10 years’ IT Project Management experience, preferably with system implementation
  • Articulate in communication, especially with all layers of management and with business users in a non-technical language
  • Strong analytical, problem solving, communication and collaboration skills
  • Very strong ability to take initiative and work effectively in flexible environment
  • Fluency in both English and Cantonese


This is an exciting role, supporting various business domains, creating new projects and overseeing all areas of project delivery to ensure a smooth delivery of each assigned project from initial conception to post go-live review.

Detailed and organised, you will have exceptional ability to manage multiple stakeholders on the business and IT side include vendors, and successful experience of delivering and implementing end-to-end projects.
