Job Description

We are looking for a Senior Key Account Executive to join Edgewell Personal Care – a global FMCG business with a portfolio of over 25 brands (Schick, Banana Boat, Hawaiian Tropic, Playtex… just to name a few!). The role will be responsible for: 

•Manage the business of assigned account and assist modern trade sales manager on total key account business

•Build, develop and maintain customer relationships with key accounts or channels

•Resolve customer concerns and issues

•Lead the growth on assigned accounts

•Handle promotion arrangement internally and externally

•Execute sales forecasting and ensure proper execution of pricing, promotional programs and channel pricing. Assure in-outlet standards are executed per channel direction

•Regular trade visit to audit in-store execution of the promotions

•Develop and deliver sales presentations

•Work with Trade Marketing to gain key market and customer insights and to design planograms

•Review business results with customers at pre-determined frequencies and agree on business improvement initiatives

•Initiate retailers partnership project

•Assist sales manager in trading terms and listing fee negotiation, preparation & daily negotiation with retailers

•Debit note clearance

•Collect Market / channel and competitor intelligence

•Promotion plan on pricing positioning, sales to estimate sales for ROI

•Trade inventory and goods availability management

 

Requirements:

•University degree with at least 3-4 years’ working experience, preferably with key account experience in FMCG industry

•Knowledge of the local supermarket and convenience store sector

•Good interpersonal, communication, negotiation and analytical skills

•Ability to work independently with a drive for results

•Computer literacy and familiar with Microsoft Excel & Power Point

•Fluency Cantonese and proficient in written and spoken English
