Job Description

Our client is known as a global leading MNC selling health, hygiene and home products in more than 200 countries. They are currently looking for an experienced Senior Key Account Manger to join their dedicated team. Reporting to Head of Key Accounts, you will be accountable for developing and implementing the sales strategies, building strong partnership with customers and retailers and managing in-store execution. 

Responsibilities

  • Formulate and implement sales strategies per customer to achieve strategic objectives in Net Revenue, Cop, Gross Margin, Trade Spend 
  • Build and maintain strong, long-lasting customer relationships by partnering with them and understand their needs
  • Develop and execute business plans and new product launch plans with assigned key accounts 
  • Ensure promotion activities are well executed at retailer level and manage trade budget 
  • Actively identify opportunities and areas for optimization for continuous improvement in the management of customers 
  • Work closely with trade marketing, planning, marketing, logistic, finance, and IS departments to ensure successful implementation of sales & marketing strategies
  • Own recruiting, objectives setting, coaching and performance monitoring of key account managers 

Requirements 

  • University degree holder in Business Administration or related discipline
  • A minimum of 8 years of sales experience with strong track record of success in multinational FMCG / consumer goods company, marketing experience is a plus 
  • Good connection with key international or local retailers 
  • Self-motivated, result-oriented with strong business acumen
  • Excellent communication, negotiation and leadership skills 
  • Strong analytical skills with ability to develop strategies, tactics and measurable implementation
  • Good command of written and spoken English and Chinese
