The Company

My Client is a market leading FMCG company in the food category. They are well known for serving smiles to their consumers at all ages. With a strong internal Head of Operations in Hong Kong, they looking to hire a high-calibre Senior Key Account Manager to join them.

The Role

Reporting to the Head of Retail Market, your responsibilities will include:

  • Build strong relationships with key accounts
  • Breaking into new accounts to extend market share and penetration
  • Lead a team of 2 to achieve its objectves
  • Work collaboratively within the team of 10 to achieve sales targets
  • Handle customer enquiries, complaints and solve them by providing feedback and trouble shooting solutions
  • Handle business development and other ad-hoc projects

The Responsibilities

  • Degree in Management Studies/Business Administration/Hotel Management/Food Science or the related
  • Posses at least 5-6 year of sales experience in the Food or FMCG Industry
  • Strong analytical skills, problem solving mindset and commercial acumen
  • Must posses outgoing, aggressive, proactive, self-motivated, able to work under pressure and result oriented traits
  • Fluent in English, Mandarin and Cantonese
  • Immediate available is highly preferred
