Our client is a well-known retailer and they are looking for a Senior Learning and Development Manager position. This person will lead a team of 5, reporting to the VP HR.
Key responsibilities include:
·Provide talent development strategies and plans to cope with the rapid expansion.
·Manage leadership development program.
·Set up the system of succession planning for key managers.
·Lead competency gap analysis.
·Understand stakeholder's business needs, latest business changes and market trends, thereby applying suitable training and development strategies to maintain company's competency.
·Oversee front line retail training needs
To succeed in this key role you will have at least 15 years experience in learning and development and talent development field, with at least 6 years in managerial level.
·University graduate in Human Resources Management, Training, Psychology or related disciplines
·Fluent in English, Cantonese and Mandarin is a Must
·Strong stakeholder management skills, capable to work proactively with people across all levels
·Able to cope with fast pace environment
