Job Description


  • Engaging in formulation, drafting, negotiation of contracts
  • Conducting risk management in IP-related projects in accordance to the company's needs
  • Proposing promptly risk warnings and risk-avoidance advices
  • Providing legal advice for the company's intellectual property rights
  • Handling intellectual property/business/labour disputes


  • Holder of a full-time Bachelor Law Degree with solid theoretical law foundation
  • 5+ years of relevant legal work experience
  • Proficiency in intellectual property law, contract law, company law, labour law and other relevant policies and regulations
  • Previous legal work experience in pan-entertainment industry, game companies and IP copyright cooperation is preferred.
  • Self-motivated and independent professional with strong sense of accountability, honesty and professional ethics
  • Fluent in both written and verbal English and Chinese, Mandarin is a strong plus
