Job Description

Key job responsibilities include:

Data Analysis & Data Compliance

  • Provide mathematical modeling and quantitative analysis to support financial, operational, and strategic planning decisions
  • Regular analysis of operational data to lookout for improvement opportunities

Process Improvement

  • Analyze business processes & for improvement opportunities in transportation business processes
  • Provide & implement flexible, innovative & efficient solutions to Origin Supply Chain / transportation problems & for process improvement

KPI Reporting/Optimization of Reporting

  • Develop & maintain dashboards, metrics and related reporting tools & capabilities at regional level.
  • Develop and maintain 3PL performance measurement systems to manage their performance in both qualitative and quantitative ways supported by system process.
  • Support KPI reports and provide statistical information to support operations & manage 3PL performance.

Project Management

  • Support optimization projects to support origin transportation operations & planning.
  • Develop & maintain project plans
  • Coordinating activities across different organizational functions & external parties

Other duties assigned by Manager

Other requirements include:

  • Analytical - Synthesizes complex or diverse information; Collects and researches data; Uses intuition and experience to complement data; Designs work flows and procedures.
  • At least 3-5 years in international logistics, global transportation, supply chain, retail distribution, operations management and/or related professional experience
  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Engineering, Operations, Supply Chain, Logistics or related field or equivalent industry experience.
  • Proficient in Microsoft PowerPoint, Microsoft Excel, MS access and other data analysis tools.
  • Good command of written and spoken English is a MUST
