Job Description

A senior role reporting into the CTO. Establish service management framework/ workflow and build your own service management team which consist of Incident, Change, and Problem Management

As the Senior Manager/ Associate Director, your main objective is to build the Service Management team, establish service management framework/ workflow, and ensure that the IT's operation is align with such established standard/ framework


  • Bachelor's Degree or above in Computer Science/IT/related discipline
  • Demonstrate good leadership and people management capacity
  • Familiar with ITIL framework; with a holistic and solid understanding of Service Management, which consist of Incident, Change and Problem Management
  • Has previously serviced the banking industry and is familiar with HKMA standards and regulations
  • With high level understanding of IT operations, i.e. infrastructure, network, IT support, application, etc.
  • Good communication skills in Chinese (Cantonese/ Mandarin) and English
  • Team player and with good interpersonal skill
