Job Description

Currently we are seeking a newly created headcount of Senior Manager, Change Management position for a MNC leading financial services company with over 3000+ headcounts in HK.

This role will supervise 2 subordinates and take lead in creating initiativies in organizational change related issues. You will work closely with different stakeholders and business heads.

Job Descriptions:

  • Strong experience in organizational Change Management for large, complex, multi-geography initiatives possibly with a consultancy or internal consultancy within a large, global corporate
  • Drive the required change management strategies which consider and align with department and organizational culture
  • Develop the OD plans, identify and analyse, and facilitate on-going engagement for Stakeholders to drive successful product and program implementation
  • Develops change management strategy, plans and direction to minimize negative impact such changes have on organizational performance, customer service, and employees.
  • Knowledgeable about behavioural change and aware of the latest thinking in behavioural science and culture optimisation - to embrace new attitudes, adopt new behaviours & values

Job Requirements:

  • Degree holder preferably in Human Resources, business administration, other disciplines are also welcome
  • 6 years or above in change, BP, talent development experience gained from fast moving environment
  • Experience in analysing needs for designing and developing staff development programs/ curricula / mechanisms, such as talent management, mentoring/coaching, development tracking, and digital learning
  • Good project & vendor management, problem solving and interpersonal skills
  • Able to work independently, creatively, as well as enjoy working in team(s)
  • Good language ability in written and spoken English and Chinese (Cantonese & Mandarin)
  • Good mastery of MS Office software (Word, PowerPoint, Excel, Chinese Word Processing)
