We are partnering with a very reputable conglomerate and they are currently going through some exciting changes and transformation as they are looking to expand to other regions in the near future. They are looking for a Compensation & Benefits Senior Manager to join their growing team to continually enhance their performance.
Your new role
This position reports into the Group Head of HR. Your responsibilities will include designing and implementing full spectrum Com & Ben programmes including incentive schemes, bonus frameworks and benefits programmes, working closely with HR BP and the local business to provide expert advice on C&B matters. As a specialist you will also manage and oversee the year-end annual pay review process, work with external vendors on C&B programmes and job matching exercises and ensure market competitiveness of C&B policies and programmes. You will also update documents in accordance to regulatory requirements, serve as liaison and internal advisor between benefits administrator and HR Business Partners, and continually assist in systems development, database, tools and procedures.
