Our client is a leading conglomerate in Hong Kong. They are looking for a Senior Manager - Digital Marketing & Analytics to join the team.

about the job
  • Plan and oversee all elements of the integrated marketing strategy and marketing campaigns and events to drive the customer experience across our digital channels, including user experience, established design frameworks, and online branding standards and best practices;
  • Partner with Customer Engagement, Marketing and Product business units to understand their priorities on an ongoing basis;
  • Work with the Senior Management on defining an analytical strategy to address the identified opportunities, covering analytical approaches to take, and data requirements to enable them;
  • Serve as the owner of the digital sales-driven funnel, proactively defining content, user experience and work streams that grow the customer base, traffic, engagement and increase conversion;
  • Mine and interrogate customer transaction data (offline + mobile app), web/app event data, and 3rd-party data (research and market intelligence) to extract and stitch together insights;
  • Communicate analytical findings and recommendations to senior management and business stakeholders, via a mix of scrum sessions, online dashboards and Powerpoint presentations;
  • Work with data science and machine learning engineering teams to ensure customer understanding is reflected in data science models that the business deploys (eg. personalization and recommendation systems).
skills & experiences required
  • Proficiency in Oracle, SQL, COGNOS, etc. with hands-on experience of SAS.
  • Prior exposure to web analytics tools like Google Analytics/Adobe Catalyst, tech stacks in marketing/advertising, or large volumes of event data from tag management solutions is an advantage.
  • Good understanding of statistical analysis, inference and experimental design.
  • Team player who is able to build strong partnerships and collaborations with the business.
  • Bachelor or Masters in Economics, Statistics, Mathematics, Operations Research, Business Analytics, Computer Science, Finance, or equivalent, coupled with a quantitative career track.
