Job Description

An opportunity has risen for a seasoned HR professional to lead the HR function in HK and Southern China. This position will be a key liaison between the Asia operations and European headquarters.

Our client is a global leader in nursery products and they design, develop, produce and distribute a broad range of baby and toddler care products across the globe.


Reporting to the Global HR Director at the headquarters, the primary focus of this exciting position will be to play a lead role in corporate market expansion across Asia especially China and South East Asia ,and lead the change and transformation required to drive operation improvement. Working as part of the HR team in Asia, you will support the global corporate growth strategies by implementing and executing talent acquisition, talent management and performance management programs. You will provide proactive advice on compensation & rewards issues and challenges, ensuring they are attractive and competitive whilst being highly involved in employee relations and change management program. The right candidate will have solid experience in stakeholder management across the business and be a true business partner for all internal management. The ability to communicate effectively across Asia and Europe will be key.


The successful candidate should have a recognised and relevant university degree with at least 15-20 year's human resources experience preferably from international companies with a manufacturing and supply chain nature. You will display a strong working knowledge and hands-on experience in the end to end HR services role, whilst being able to lead a team in China and work closely with the headquarters to drive global corporate HR initiatives. A solid track record in driving market expansion , culture change and business transformation will be key. Dynamic and mature, you must have the proven ability to develop and maintain strong relationships across the business and be able to converse fluently in English and Mandarin.
