Job Description

Responsibilities:

  • Recommend the training strategy for sales force of respective distribution channel i.e. Bancassurance, Brokerage Conduct regular training for new hired sales representatives of banks and brokerage partners
  • Create and deliver product launch and sales skill training programs for Brokerage partners and bank relationship managers and engage internal parties e.g. Underwriting, Compliance, Sales Operations to provide training support on its respective area, as needed
  • Partner with channel managers (both Bancassurance and Broker) to assess training needs and develop programs that will enable the sales team to maximize revenue potential
  • Monitor and analyze sales performance to evaluate the effectiveness of trainings and design follow-up enhancement/ongoing programs as needed
  • With the support of Marketing, design most appropriate training approaches e.g. video, classroom, e-channel, offsite, one-on-one coach etc. and develop training materials

Requirements:

  • University Graduate with at least 8 - 10 years’ relevant working experiences on sales, business development and training in financial institutions
  • Highly familiar with brokerage business and bancassurance
  • Excellent presentation and communication skills
  • Preferred professional qualifications include CLU, ChFC, CFMP, CFP, FLMI, REF
  • With excellent presentation, coaching and people skills.
  • Excellent knowledge of insurance products.
  • Familiarize with the regulation and compliance of insurance industry.
