Job Description

To be part of our mission, we are looking for a Senior eCommerce Platform and Operation Manager to…

Communicate, negotiate, and work closely with partner for on-going business initiatives and platform enhancement of HOME+, to manage multiple brands on a single platform

What efforts you need to make?

  • Take the ownership of HOME+ platform, work with all internal parties included but not limited to IT, Merchandising, Business Development, Growth Hacking to formulate e-Commerce strategies
  • Analyze HOME+ platform regularly, work with Supply Chain & Growth Hacking team to identify the optimal fulfilment solution
  • Manage and plan HOME+ eCommerce platform development, optimization and bug fixing with Business Analyst and IT Team
  • Leverage website analytics and customer insights to drive ongoing improvements to the overall website customer experience
  • Monitor and provide quality assurance on each project to ensure all tasks are delivered to the highest quality
  • Oversee the website performance, make recommendations based on user data and A/B testing

Let's check if you are/have…

  • Degree holder
  • Minimum 8 years’ solid eCommerce Project Management experience or Business Analyst experience in Retail or FMCG eCommerce industry
  • Knowledge in Magento, SQL, Google Analytics, Scrum Master and Agile is a plus
  • Ability to multi-task effectively, manage multiple projects while being cognizant of deadlines and priorities
  • Strong analytical, negotiation and critical thinking skills, self-motivated and attentive to details
  • Good command of both written and spoken English and Chinese
