Job Description

Job Descriptions:

For Medical Affairs Part

  • Oversee doctor’s recruitment, doctors credentialing, doctors HR, medical education, doctor’s communication and event coordination, etc.
  • Manage secretarial support to Medical Board and other committee meetings;
  • Responsible for enquiries and issues raised by hospital management and / or accredited doctors on matters related to hospital services.
  • Apprise hospital management and / or accredited doctors of compliance and other major issues within the hospital.
  • Ensure operational KPIs to measure operational performance are developed, calculated and monitored and appropriate actions taken.
  • Responsible to observe and execution of relevant ACHS / JCI accreditation standards;
  • Formalize regulations, policies, and procedures;
  • Maintain files, records, and databases pertaining of accredited doctors, as well as other members of the medical staff group as and when required.
  • Maintain the confidentiality of data residing with the department.
  • Supervise daily operation of the department.
  • Engage in self-learning programs and encourage this among staff;
  • Perform any other duties as assigned by the Supervisor


For Physician Engagement Part

  • Manage to plan and implement outreach efforts focusing on physicians and referral sources in the market
  • Conduct and facilitate meetings for physicians to learn about our offerings and services
  • Develop and maintain strong relationships with physicians to drive physician engagement and strengthen the hospital-physician relationship



  • Degree or above in related disciplines
  • At least 10 years’ experience working in a related field such on healthcare, physician relations, network development, or a similar role in a hospital or other healthcare setting
  • Proven experience of building relationships with Physicians and Healthcare Professionals
  • Possess good communication skills
  • Willingness to accommodate physicians' schedules, which may occasionally fall outside of standard hours
  • Strong in customer oriented acumen
  • Good command of both spoken and written English and Chinese
  • Working knowledge of web management and document management systems preferable;
  • Proficiency in MS office applications (Excel, Word and PowerPoint) and Chinese Word Processing
