Job Description

Reports to: Chief Operating Officer

Role and Responsibilities

This position is for a dynamic individual who will join and manage a young and dynamic team to:

  • Responsible for expanding Doc Net’s medical & healthcare network through the promotion of our digital platform and its unique service offerings to doctors and providers in private practice, including clinics, specialty centres, diagnostics centres, hospitals, etc. and leading the Network team to reach targets
  • Manage and improve the network development workflow: doctor’s recruitment, contracting, credentialing, on-boarding, doctors movements, communications and event coordination, etc.
  • Formulate and lead strategic/ outreach initiatives focusing on doctors and referral sources in the market
  • Ensure sales/ outreach KPIs are developed, delivered and monitored to ensure timely and appropriate actions would be taken.
  • Conduct and facilitate presentations and meetings for doctors to learn about our offerings and services
  • Educate providers on our provider portal, policies and procedures
  • Build a deep understanding of the accounts’ needs and engage stakeholders effectively to achieve common goals satisfactorily
  • Provide exceptional relationship management and customer service to our provider network and payers through timely communications, clinic visits and handling of enquiries/ issues in a professional manner
  • Maintain files, records, and databases pertaining of accredited doctors, as well as other members of the medical staff group as and when required
  • Other duties/projects as assigned


  • Functional experience: >6 years of experience in medical sales, network development in a medical group, insurance industry or other healthcare settings
  • Education: Degree holder in any discipline
  • Technology experience: Proficiency in MS Excel, CRM and database management a plus
  • Target driven and passionate about medical field; strong network and connection in the healthcare sector preferred
  • Energetic and enjoy meeting people and building relationships
  • Team player with pleasant personality, good communications and sales skills
  • A strong dedication and desire to thrive to succeed in a start-up environment
  • Enthusiastic professional with relevant proven track records in sales and business development preferred
  • Remuneration will be commensurate with experience
