Job Description


My client is an international financial institution who is now looking for an experienced Process Change/Project Manager to work on their Operation System Revamp project


Job Duties:

  • Able to define business process, associated information and data flow via process mapping and BPMN techniques
  • Think from a business perspective to facilitate the development and implementation of new operational workflow
  • Perform quantitative and quality analysis, process modelling to identify root cause and workflow gaps
  • Able to present study through tables, charts and graphs
  • Revamp and streamline workflow to facilitate overall system automation through understanding users’ pain points and provide recommendations and corresponding approaches
  • Work closely with project owners to ensure the technology and changes implemented meets the target goal
  • Constantly monitor the project progress and regularly review on the implementation effect
  • Able to define and build KPI and metric monitoring attributes



  • University holder in Business Administration, Information technology or other related disciplines
  • Solid years of experience working on project improvement, transformation/changes, process workflow streamlined & implementation and project management
  • Possess experience in business process design and basic SQL skills will be a plus
  • Candidates who have experience in implementing Lean Six Sigma are preferred but not a must
  • Good to have understanding in AWD Workflow System (Automated Work Distributor)
  • Strong interpersonal skills with excellent stakeholder management skills
  • Able to adapt in a diverse and challenging environment to drive changes
  • Possess positive and problem-solving working attitude
  • Excellent communication skills in English and Cantonese
