Job Description


  • Oversee day to day fund operations such as NAV and performance calculation, position and cash reconciliations, corporate action, account opening, trade settlement, cash management, etc.
  • Review cash forecast reporting, and provide data for SFC submission and Cayman reporting, etc.
  • Liaise with internal or external parties, such as Legal & Compliance, Sales & Marketing, custodians, prime brokers, fund administrators, auditors etc.
  • Support new business, new product development, system configuration, system support and implementing control
  • Handle account opening documents and follow through on the process  
  • Ensure that all accounting and funds related policies & procedures are in line with the compliance and other regulatory requirements


  • At least 3 years hands on fund operations experience in Asset management company
  • Good understanding in investment operations workflow and with strong experience in mutual fund and private equity fund
  • Sound knowledge of AML, KYC, CDD and SFC regulatory requirements
  • Degree holder in Finance / Accounting or related disciplines
  • Good command of written and spoken English & Chinese including Putonghua
  • Detail minded, self-motivated, keen to learn, good team player, good communication and interpersonal skills
