The Job:

  • Be responsible for the B2B2C Insurance Distribution Platform Development and Enhancement
  • Manage system and operation enhancement projects, including but not limited to B2B2C Insurance Distribution Platform enhancement, maintenance and support
  • Monitor and Collect Competitor Intelligence on Alternative Distribution (Digital / Hybrid) Operation Practice
  • Implement and maintain best practice governance, standards, procedures and reporting for project delivery
  • Manage project implementation activities for a smooth transition; track benefits and consolidate lessons learnt after implementation for improvements
  • Assess and manage project risks and ensure initiatives comply with compliance regulations within the financial sector
  • Drive operation efficiency improvement by driving enhancements on systems and workflows streamline where necessary 
  • Provide management support and analyze data to evaluate business performance 
  • Assist Department Head on ad hoc assignments 

The Person:

  • Bachelor degree required, preferably in Information Systems / Business Administration
  • Minimum 6 years in Life Insurance industry, with Insurance Product and Compliance Understanding most preferred
  • Solid project management and process improvement background, with experience in digital platform / e-commerce/ InsurTech / OpenAPI a plus 
  • Experience in sales operations / sales support most preferred
  • Strong sense of ownership, Proactive, Attentive to detail and Team-oriented 
  • Analytical skills with good MS Office knowledge including but not limited to Excel 
  • Good written and spoken English, Cantonese and Mandarin
  • Professional qualification in project management would be ideal but not a must
