Our client is a renowned MNC with strong presence ing Hong Kong. Being keen on uptiering the skill-sets and mindset, they are looking for a newly created design thinking expert to bring changes to their group.
Reporting to the Head of Business Development, this ia senior but standalone role that owns and oversees the design thinking program. You will need to be the change agent that tries to integrate design thinking concept into the work environment and culture while driving the internal communication and execution of the program. You will also need to evaluate and fine-tune the effectiveness of the design thinking learning program from time to time. In addition, you also need to work closely with other stakeholders like IT, Learning & development team and other external vendors to ensure that the program can be rolled out with the right channels/contents/accreditation.
The qualified candidate should have relevant training, certification and qualification in design thinking with practical experience to roll out at the corporate level - either working as consultancy or in-house professional. Good local Hong Kong experience is important. Experience in managing a virtual team and senior stakeholders will be important while you should be tech savvy as you will be using lots of technology and applications as the tool.
