Job Description

 Key Areas of Responsibility (KARs):

  • Performing property valuations, property due diligence works, consultancy and markets studies across Hong Kong, mainland China and other Asian countries.
  • To participate in valuation and consultancy projects and to prepare necessary reports with absolute high accuracy
  • To conduct site visits, either in Hong Kong or other countries, and to collect data for preparation of valuation and advisory reports
  • Growing the valuations and advisory business platform
  • Continuous business development with various existing and potential clients.
  • Management of junior colleagues.
  • Travel from time to time.

 

Required Qualification, Skills and Attributes: 

To be successful in this position, you will come from a leading Commercial Real Estate business and have RICS/ HKIS post qualification professional experience. You will also display: 

  • University degree in Real Estate or Surveying or Finance related disciplines
  • Experience in valuation of PRC properties and / or Hong Kong government projects are an asset.
  • Out-of-box thinking and analytical skillset
  • A self-disciplined, accountable character. Detail-minded and independent.
  • Good command of both English and Mandarin.
  • Be able to work within a team.
  • Be able to work under continuous pressure, tight schedule and unpredicted volume of work.
