Job Description

Our client is a leading property investment, management and development group with growing portfolios in Hong Kong. To cope with their business growth, they are now seeking talented marketing specialist to support their team in Hong Kong.

Job Responsibilities:
- Assist the Manager in planning and implementing promotion and advertising campaigns
- Prepare marketing materials such as sales brochures, leaflets, souvenirs
- Organize sales-driven events, roadshows and pop-up stores with tenants, outsiders or agencies
- Liaise and maintain good relationship with strategic partners and tenants for imitating and negotiating collaborations to boost the tenant sales and marketing incomes
- Work closely with internal and external parties to achieve marketing goals

Job Requirements:
- Degree in Marketing, Advertising, Event Management or Tourism & Hospitality Management related discipline
- 4 - 5 years sales & marketing, partnership marketing or event management experience in Property Developer, Shopping Mall, Retails, Tourism & Hospitality related field or in event & roadshow agency
- Strong connections in F&B or tourism & hospitality industry is an advantage
- Experience managing event, roadshow or advertising agencies
- Fluency in spoken and written English, Cantonese and Mandarin
