Job Description

Assistant Project Director / Senior Marketing Executive - Branding, Content Marketing & Social Media

Specialized in branding consultancy, content marketing and social media, our company is looking for a motivated and responsible Assistant Project Director / Senior Marketing Executive to administer and organize all types of projects, from marketing and event campaigns to rebranding projects, for F&B outlets to large corporates.

The Assistant Project Director / Senior Marketing Executive responsibilities include working closely with our Project Director to creating strategies, generate ideas, plan and prepare client proposals and comprehensive execution. You will also perform various coordinating and administrative duties, as well as business planning and research tasks. To succeed in this role, you should have excellent time management, multitasking ability, and communication skills, as you’ll work close with clients and internal teams to deliver results on deadlines. 

 

Responsibilities:

  • Build and maintain good and long-term relationship with customers and promote value added business to existing clients
  • To co-ordinate with the clients, vendors and internal parties
  • Supporting Project Director in preparing proposals and pitching projects to clients, including concept, budgeting, production and logistic development;
  • Cooperate with design and production team to ensure the quality and timely delivery of services;
  • Work closely with the project team on different projects, campaign or creative execution, to ensure clear and professional communication between clients and internal teams.
  • Handle daily correspondence, documentation and memorandum
  • Provide advisory on media planning, executing event marketing
  • Source and maintain good relationships with contractors and all working partners;
  • Explore and develop business opportunities across various industries and broaden existing business base

 

Requirements: 

  • Degree / Higher Diploma / Associate Degree in Business / Marketing or related disciplines
  • At least 4+ years’ experience in creative agency, driven PR professional or digital marketing has an advantage
  • Awareness of social media and digital landscape, with some background in social media planning and/or strategy
  • Good written and oral communication skills in English and/or Chinese
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications
  • Strong sense of responsibility, self-motivation, attention to details and a positive attitude
  • Ability to multi-task in a fast-paced environment, with a proactive approach and strong problem-solving skills
