Job Description

HKT Smart Living brings a new concept of smarter living to the market.   It is a challenging and dynamic opportunity for an all rounded marketer to work for this brand which is striving for differentiation and continual growth. 


The incumbent will be responsible for marketing and promotion of products and services related to smart home solution customized for high end customer.  Major job duties include:

  • Identify relevant partners and build strong relationship with vendors or channel partners, internal stakeholders for on-going add-value service development and other business initiatives
  • Manage overall business strategy for new product / service markets, in particular for Home Entertainment, Automation, Networking and Telecommunication Solutions, in terms of customer requirements identification, competitive analysis, industry trend studies, market size estimation, develop business cases, financial analysis, and product positioning
  • Work with multiple stakeholders to manage project plans throughout the project life cycle, address issues and risks that arise during the project and implement best practice in project management at both strategic and operational levels

The Person:

  • Degree holder, in Business or Telecommunication, Building Services or other engineering  relating disciplines
  • With minimum 8 years’ experience in product marketing and partnership development roles within a cross-functional organization
  • Hands on experience in project management, business forecasting, budgeting and expense control
  • Profound understanding of telecom service and smart-home related technologies and products
  • Strong relationship management skills with commercial understanding, competency with margins and costing
  • Excellent writing skill for preparation of tender documents, contracts and purchase proposals
  • Must be a team player who can harness the capabilities of the team and drive for results
