Job Description

Our client is looking for a Senior Marketing Manager to lead Hong Kong Marketing team and be responsible for their brand strategy, campaign, performance marketing & social media.

Client Details

Our client is a newly set up Securities company from China where they are actively expanding into the retail market.


  • In charge of Brand Strategy, User Research and Planning; balance short term sales goals and long-term brand strategy so that both needs are met;
  • Responsible for Brand Asset Creation (Name/Logo/Slogan/VI) and act as guardian to our brand identity;
  • In charge of Integrated Marketing from strategy, planning, marketing assets creation to online and offline media buy to maximize campaign targets;
  • Manage creative and media buy agencies and vendors to help steer direction of their work and optimize ROI;
  • Plan, manage, execute, report, summary and optimize Performance Marketing campaigns on digital channels including search, Apple store and Android APP stores, feeds etc.
  • Design appropriate campaign tactics, execution plans and goals with different ways for target audience.
  • Negotiate and liaise with vendors, and agencies to develop and execute the campaigns with effective budget allocation.
  • Set up post campaign measurement of campaign effectiveness, including integrated solutions ROI and KPIs.
  • In charge of own social media accounts strategy, planning and execution
  • Responsible for digital campaign and KOL seeding
  • Fully responsible for brand awareness, favorability and online user acquisition targets;


  • Degree of marketing, advertising, journalism, communication, Chinese literature, finance are preferred;
  • Be comfortable giving creative feedback as well as interpreting insight from data;
  • Proven record of leading and motivate a team
  • Excellent communication skills in Cantonese and English is critical, both verbal and written, Mandarin a plus;
  • Rich understanding of Hong Kong Young Generation (20-35) esp. on their behavior on media, digital and investment;
  • Experience and interest in stock investment;
  • Have an attention to detail, very high-quality standards and principles when it comes to brand integrity and acting against insights;
  • At least 8 years of experience in marketing, branding esp. leverage digital channels to acquire APP users;
  • Experience in FMCG, cosmetics, finance, internet, creative agencies are preferred;
  • Experience of launching a new brand in Hong Kong is a plus.
