About the Company

Our client is a renowned conglomerate which offers a diverse range of reward program services to their customers. To cope with their expansion plan, they are looking for a high calibre marketing professional to join the team.

About the Role

Reporting to Head of Department, you will lead a team for strategic partnership development at a corporate level. You will formulate partnership strategies, identify and build relationship with potential partners in different channels. You will develop marketing strategies to achieve win-win situations with partners, conduct product marketing, customer requirements identification, competitive analysis, financial analysis and product positioning. You will also collect market intelligence, provide insights to facilitate future marketing strategy development and manage ad-hoc projects when required.


  • Degree holder in Marketing or related field
  • At least 10 years of partnership development experience, with strong retail / merchant partnership and business network (local or international)
  • Background from retail, telecommunications, banking or loyalty program is preferred
  • Strong leadership, result-oriented, creative and analytical
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Excellent command of written and spoken English and Chinese
