Duties: 

• Collaborates with Marketing team to review client expectations and introduce new well-being programs where they will result in business improvement and/or greater client satisfaction 
• Supports Business Units in liaison with clients to ensure client retention targets and client satisfaction are maintained, e.g. by employing customer survey results and nutritional events support 
• Overlooks the nutritional support for the International Schools business sector; ie, conducting nutritional tours within various international schools and the planning of monthly menu with the coordination with unit-in-charge
• Adopts a proactive approach in promoting dietetic awareness and healthy eating principles, e.g. introducing new nutritional trends and provide relative training to unit-in-charge; be part of the Well-being and Sustainability committee member 
• Content write-up for nutritional events and monthly marketing calendar events is a must
• Ability to lead nutritional events in various occasions, providing small talks and engagement activities with customers based on a designated topic required
• Creates positive image of company’s different brands / business lines through involvement in industry, networking, participation in trade events and school health presentation
• Provides support to the Sales team and tender process where necessary

Requirements:

• Bachelor Degree holder major in food, nutritional science, Dietetics or health-related field (e.g. dietetics, public health, nutrition, or health promotion)
• Registered as dietitian in Europe is preferred but not essential
• Minimum 5-year experiences in the nutritional food industry or nutritional consultation
• Experience in conducting marketing research of Food or Health Care is an advantage
• Proficiency in spoken and written English and Chinese (Cantonese and Mandarin)
• Good content writing in a marketing sense is preferred but not essential 
• Good interpersonal, presentation and coordination skills
• Strong sense of responsibility and initiative; able to work independently
