  • Achieve sales & leasing target
  • Implement sales & leasing plan and strategies
Responsibilities
  • Explore new sales opportunity and achieve sales & leasing target
  • Liaise with direct clients and estate agents for inspection and handle sales & leasing activities
  • Handle sales & leasing administration and prepare related documents e.g., regular reports, leasing proposals, license agreement, tenancy agreement, PASP, ASP and etc.
  • Conduct market research
  • Responsible for any assigned ad-hoc projects.
Requirements
  • Bachelor’s degree in real estate, business, and/or marketing related disciplines
  • 3-5 year’s relevant experience in property market, preferably in a sizeable developer
  • Strong market sense and proactive attitude
  • Good communication and interpersonal skills
  • Excellent command of both spoken and written English and Chinese. Proficiency in Putonghua is an advantage
  • Customer focus with good communication and negotiation skills
  • Immediate available preferred  
  • Candidate with more experience will be considered as Assistant Manager
