Job Description


Work closely with Black card managers and team to perform black card 360’ activities.


1. Partnerships

  • Collaborate with partners using internal synergy
  • Coordinate with external partners i.e. service providers and brands to provide unique and bespoke experience with a follow through approach
  • Research and keep updating current trends and programs

 2. Event Planning

  • Head to toe event coordination and execution including planning, design, F&B, production, logistics, operation, admin and budget control
  • Work closely with internal department incl. merchandising, design, corporate sales, CRM and IT
  • Manage contractors and vendors
  • Event proposal and Feedback report
  • Produce an accurate summary of total spend at the end of a marketing campaign, invoice follow up
  • Able to work outside working hours
  • Maintain good relationship with key stakeholders
  • Monitor ongoing campaign spend against the budget, keeping accurate records and highlighting where variances occur.

3. Operation

  • Assist project team on black card lounge design
  • Assist operation team on black card members’ operation flow
  • Assist property management on daily operation

4. KPI

  • Able to achieve yearly recruitment KPI and appropriate district distribution


  • Database setup with close collaboration with IT and CRM team, including black card recruitment form, system and database
  • Personalised yearly gift planning and appreciation program
  • One on one intimate dining treatment and relationship building
  • Budget control and allocation
  • Undertake detailed ongoing analysis of marketing campaigns to ensure targets are met


  • Degree holder
  • A minimum of 3 years solid experience in Event Planning, Sales or Servicing industry
  • Good command of written and spoken English and Chinese (Cantonese, Mandarin)
  • Excellence presentation skills
  • Strong communication skills
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills in dealing with all stakeholders
  • Enthusiastic, a strong team player with good business sense; able to work under pressure
  • Proactive, independent, self-motivated, aggressive and outgoing personality
  • Good PC skills on MS office
