Job Description

Responsibilities

  • Handle account opening, daily reporting and administrative matters
  • Provide support to execute trades (eg premium deposit, FX conversions)
  • Coordinate with internal parties to ensure smooth delivery of services for key accounts
  • Handle customer enquiries, provide customer services, and offer operational solution to enhance customer satisfaction.

Requirements:

  • University or above
  • Preferably be registered RI (Regulated Activities Type 1 & 4) with passes in the HKSI Licensing Examination Papers 1, 7, 8 & 11 or equivalent
  • Minimum 1 year relevant experience in banking industry.
  • Operational knowledge in banking is essential.
  • Proficiency in the use of MS Office including Excel.
  • Proactive attitude, diligent, persistent and independent.
  • Good communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Good command of English & Chinese, including Putonghua
