Job Description

Job Descriptions:
  • Assist the team for full spectrum of HR, Administration and Warehouse Operation functions but not limited to payroll calculation, recruitment, leave & attendance record, compensation and benefits, staffing & employee relations and provide clerical support to warehouse.
  • Assist to apply working visa, business/travel visa application and related tasks work for expatriate employees and frontline staff.
  • Assist in personnel administration duties including gathering data from employees and updating staff record, attendance and leave record, enrolling medical scheme, handling work injury and maintaining staff personnel files.
  • Involve in recruitment by preparing and posting job advertisement, interview arrangement and managing the recruitment process
  • Provide full spectrum of administration supports to head office and stores, restaurants, including license application and renewal, maintenance, restaurants operation supports, etc.
  • Liaising with various vendors (including office supplies, maintenance and IT support etc.).
  • Handling warehouse operation duties such as monitor incoming and outgoing goods, arrange photo-taking and apply for Small Volume Exemption (SVE) for new incoming goods, follow up with customers, forwarder and vendors for quotation and shipment scheduling.
  • Perform custom declaration of import and export goods.
  • Handle inventory controlling and warehouse management.
  • Communicate with internal staff (Japanese) and forwarders on logistics matters.
  • Assist the Supervisor/Lead for daily warehouse operation document.
  • Perform any ad hoc projects and assignments as requested.

Job Requirements:

  • Degree holder in Human Resources Management, Business Administration or related discipline.
  • Preferably minimum 5 years or above relevant working experience in HR & Administrative and/ or logistic field. 
  • Solid experience in F & B / Retail / Logistic Industry is an advantage.
  • Fluent in Japanese (JPLT N1 / N2), English, Mandarin and Cantonese. 
  • Well-versed in Hong Kong Employment Ordinance, MPF Ordinance, and knowledge in local visa applications is preferable.
  • Good working and cooperative attitude, devotion to work assigned, with the ability to handle multiple tasks and ad hoc projects.
  • Ability to work independently under pressure.
  • Maintain maximum confidentially and privacy on sensitive matters.
  • Proficiency in MS Word, Excel (VLookup & Pivot table), PowerPoint & Chinese Word Processing.
  • Able to handle multi-tasks independently and work under pressure.
  • Working Location: Kwun Tong (Close to MTR Station).
  • Immediate availability is highly preferable.
