Job Description


  • To conduct checking and verification of market comparables, property information, floor area data and valuation deliverables assembled and prepared by consultants to ensure completeness and accuracy
  • To conduct in-house data assembly tasks such as saleable area measurements, ownership searches and interest identifications as and when required for valuation, acquisition and project boundary checking
  • To assist in preparation of preliminary consultancy tender analysis for the selection and appointment of consultants
  • To prepare preliminary valuation and feasibility studies for in-house projects
  • To prepare offer schedule for acquisition of property interests
  • To assist in market research and data analysis
  • To consolidate, integrate and manage data from internal databases and external sources


  • Degree or Higher Diploma holder in General Practice Surveying or related discipline, or equivalent
  • Minimum 2 years’ experience in property development and valuation
  • Good knowledge of basic computer software and area measurement
