We are looking for an outstanding talent to join our growing programmatic team. Like us, you will have a passion for digital media, data and ad tech.

 

What you will do? 

  • You will work closely with our planning teams to develop programmatic campaign strategy and execution for our top tier clients and lead the development of our junior programmatic traders.
  • Implement and manage day-to-day programmatic buys across multiple Demand Side platforms (DSPs), including campaign set-up, setting bid strategies, performance monitoring, identifying and implementing optimizations, providing proactive recommendations and insights to improve campaign ROI and reporting.
  • Ensure the health of your accounts, spending budgets in full, achieving client KPIs, and troubleshooting programmatic buying and ad operations issues with third party vendors.
  • You will aim to develop advanced understanding of the display and video marketplace, RTB technology and Private Marketplace through multiple DSPs and acquire solid experience in data analytics.
  • Continually evaluate programmatic strategies on your perspective accounts, identifying testing and account growth opportunities.
  • Evaluate new and emerging media and technology and make strategic recommendations for implementation.

Who we need? 

  • You have min. 2 years in programmatic or min. 3 years in digital marketing background. Experience in bid management and campaign management using DoubleClick Bid Manager (DBM), The Trade Desk (TTD) and OATH - display, video, mobile, native, expandable format, YouTube or PMP is a must.
  • You need to have strong analytical skills, highly numerate and comfortable with data processing and interpretation.
  • Applied knowledge of 3rd party ad serving, website tracking and associated technologies.
  • Strong understanding of programmatic buying, including DSPs/SSPs, RTB, ad exchanges and audience targeting strategy development preferred.
  • Good team player with excellent time-management and strong organizational skills to handle multiple projects.
  • You also need to be good in communications skills. Excellent command of English and Cantonese; written and spoken.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel and Powerpoint) a must
  • University degree in Advertising, Communications, Marketing, Business preferred
  • Candidate with min. 2 years of experience in managing digital ad campaigns (display, video, mobile or YouTube) will be considered as Programmatic Trader.
