Job Description

Reporting to the direct supervisor, the appointee will be responsible for but not limited to the following:


  • Supervise an appointed subcontractor on installation of the fire-fighting system to ensure all project deliverables achieved as per contractual terms in timely manner;
  • Monitor project progress and perform execution to ensure smooth operation;
  • Coordinate with all stakeholders including but not limited to client, advisor, internal work teams and other site contractors;
  • Maintain a synergy among all stakeholders.


  • Higher diploma or above in Building Services, Fire Services or Mechanical Engineering discipline;
  • 8 years of on-site working experience in Fire Services/Building Services/ Mechanical projects (Less experienced will be considered as Project Engineer);
  • Familiar with local fire-fighting regulations, standards and practices, preferably to be a HKIE fire division member;
  • Holder of Valid green card;
  • Proficient in AutoCad, Microstation, Microsoft Office, Microsoft Project and Chinese word processing;
  • Good command of both written and spoken English and Chinese;
  • Good Communication Skill;
  • Work location at Lung Kwu Tan, Tuen Mun;
  • Work time: Monday to Saturday 7:45am to 6pm.
