The incumbent will be responsible to assist in the management of a portfolio of residential/ commercial properties. Duties include the enhancement and assurance of staff performance and service standards, the preparation of budgets, cost control, liaison with clients and to ensure strictest compliance of DMC, BMO and management agreements. He/she will attend O.C. / I.O.C. meetings and follow up requirements of owners and clients. Particularly, the successful candidate shall:
