About the opportunity:

FCM Travel Solutions is looking for a Senior Recruitment Manager, Asia to join our team and be based in Shanghai! Reporting to Human Resources Director, Asia, you will drive our talent acquisition activities within our Asia operations in China, Hong Kong, Malaysia and Singapore. FCM Travel Solutions is focused on delivering amazing customer experiences to enhance corporate travel management for our clients and to always be the leader within our industry. The key to achieving this is having the right people at all levels of our organisation. As the Senior Recruitment Manager, Asia will be responsible for driving business success in talent acquisition and employer branding activities.

Job Responsibilities:

  • Responsible to design, lead and implement strategic hiring initiatives for the Asia including collecting market intelligence and ensuring a positive candidate and hiring manager experience
  • Deliver results as measured by KPIs including cost per hire, data integrity, time in process, candidate quality and diversity, process adherence, and candidate/stakeholder satisfaction
  • Responsible to drive effective Recruitment analytics and reporting
  • Develop and maintain strong partnerships with business leaders and HR Operations
  • Utilize & explore all potential sourcing channels of talent, e.g. job boards, social media, campus recruitment, employee referrals, market research and other innovative channels
  • Manage vendors such as headhunters and recruitment agencies for the win-win contractual terms
  • Work closely with Human Resources Director, Asia & Marketing Department to develop an appropriate employer branding strategy, including the employer value proposition (EVP)
  • Grow and develop a team in Recruitment

Skills & Experiences Preferred:

  • Minimum 5 years of Talent Acquisition experience (supervisory experience highly desired)
  • Experienced with Talent Management System (PageUp preferred)
  • Fluent in verbal and written English and Mandarin (Cantonese is highly desired but not essential)
  • Understanding & participation in all recruitment channels
  • Critical thinking and detail-minded with the ability to independently manage priorities and multi-task
  • Excellent interpersonal and organizational skills; smart, energetic, passionate about bringing creative, comprehensive and new ideas 
  • Able to work under tight deadlines, dynamic working environment and culture
