Job Description

Key Responsibilities:

Retail Operations

  • Assist line manager to launch global retail projects within HK, Macau and Taiwan region
  • Assist in the coordination of new store opening/closing projects
  • Coordinate different departments when receive customer complaints from the Corporate customer care
  • Provide documentaries supports to HK, Macau and Taiwan POS
  • Supervise regions' packaging / Team wear budget and actual expense
  • Keep track on retail expenses for the region
  • Key contact with other departments for all activities related to retail (eg. IT, traffic count issues, stationary, travelling expenses, finance, stock take etc.)
  • Keep track on all management tools (StoreIQ)

 

Retail Strategy and analytics

  • Provide weekly related sales reports as requested
  • Key contact for Retail analytics, reporting and data integrity within the Regions (HK MO and TW)
  • Develop and evolve reporting solutions to provide visibility of the retail KPIs. Provide deep dive analysis of sales team individual productivity & KPIs reports
  • Support all in-store events/activations; analyze the effectiveness of promotions
  • Involve in ad hoc exploratory analysis to develop a deep understanding on retail performance
  • Works with Retail leadership in developing and delivering strategic presentations for monthly meetings

 

Logistic & Merchandising Operations

  • Help preparing weekly packaging allocations and consolidations for each POS within the regions;
  • Coordinate with Merchandise team to finalize Team wear order twice a year
  • To act as a central liaison in between logistic partners and Hong Kong POS
  • To monitor and ensure accurate and timely delivery schedules

 

Requirements:

  • High caliber with a strong analytical and retail mind set
  • Min. 3 years of previous experience as retail sales & operation role
  • Ability to understand, interpret data and communicate findings in a concise and relevant way to various stakeholders
  • Highly analytical and able to find solutions to complex issues, as well as being resolute and determined to find the ‘answer’
  • Becomes the key internal expert using & managing retailer portals and performance reports
  • Strong user of Microsoft Office Products; Intermediate-Advanced Microsoft Excel skills (v-lookup, pivot table, macro); PowerPoint
