Job Description

Senior RPA developer


  • work with clients and senior developers to execute RPA initiatives by analysing and designing process workflows; building, testing, and implementing RPA solutions; and ensuring quality of the system
  • share experience and knowledge to assist in the development of recommendations and solutions that are in-line with industry best practices
  • work with clients and Program Manager to ensure that all project documents are maintained and knowledge is transferred to clients throughout the engagement
  • participate in trainings to enhance your skills and abilities in RPA, including tools and best practices


  • at least 2 to 4 years professional experience in programming (including scripting / coding), SQL and relational databases, and application development. Testing automation is also an advantage;
  • experience with one or more RPA technologies (e.g. Automation Anywhere, Blue Prism, UiPath) is highly desirable
  • degree in Engineering / Computer Science and / or relevant professional certificate(s)
  • experience with process analysis, design, and implementation; business and technical requirements; problem-solving; and system(s) testing, including UAT and bug fixes
  • basic understanding of Agile process methodologies
  • strong problem-solving and analytical skills, in a variety of problem domains
  • ability to communicate in Cantonese
  • presentation and communication skills (written & verbal) in English is a plus
  • be a highly driven, autonomous, resilient and adaptable team player with a strong work ethic

Senior Business Analyst


  • Functional design of e-form
  • User requirement gathering, analysis, verification as well as documentation
  • Liaise with end users, business application owners, ITD and potentially vendors in business requirement/design and specification of testing needs
  • Acting as the PM for e-Form work stream within Project CHLOE (project planning and tracking, status update, issue/risk tracking)


  • Business analysis and functional requirement specification
  • Good understanding to design/specify business processes (workflow-like)
  • Process/workflow digitisation knowledge
  • Appreciation of software development SDLC methodology
  • MS Project, MS Office Suite; JIRA and Confluence as plus; Adobe PDF form design as plus
  • Fluent in Cantonese, Mandarin and English
  • 3-5 years of relevant experience
