About our client

A Listed company, in order to proceed their Hong Kong projects, they are now seeking for enthusiastic candidate to join their Sales team on Building Management / Security Systems and products.



  • Responsible for sales and marketing of BMS (Building Management System) or Security or ELV solutions
  • Develop Key Customers connection in building and construction industry
  • Responsible for pre & post-sales activities such as customer visit, solution selling and presentation
  • Responsible for tender estimation, preparation and submission



  • Degree or above in Intelligent Building Technology, Electronic Engineering, Building Services, IT or related discipline 
  • Minimum 4 years' sales experience, exposure in building services will be an advantage
  • Independent and aggressive in meeting with targets
  • Good command of both written and spoken English and Chinese
  • Excellent communication and presentation skills
  • Candidate with less experience will be considered as Sales Engineer
